職務内容

Duties and Responsibilities

  • PPC marketing (Google Ads, FB Ads, Tiktok, Reddit Ads, and etc)

  • SNS marketing (IG, FB, X, Reddit and etc)

  • Influencer marketing (Sponsorship, Collaboration, Integration, etc.)

  • Community Marketing (Telegram, FB group, Reddit, Discord)

  • Content Marketing (SEO, Organic Marketing, etc.)

  • Email Marketing (Mass and Niche Marketing)

  • Data Analysis (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)

  • Localization (Translate EN content in Italian)

応募条件

Requirements

◆必須スキル/Must Have Skills

  • Native Italian speaker

  • Business level English

  • Digital Marketing Experience (e.g. PPC, SEO, Influencer, SNS, Email etc.)

  • Corporate experience (1+ years)

◆歓迎スキル/Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (PPC, SEO, Meta ads, GA4, etc.)

  • Japanese language skills JLPT N3 or better

  • Web and visual editing experience (HTML, CSS, copywriting, etc.)

  • Data analysis experience (Google Sheet, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Coding experience (Python, Javascript, C++ etc.)

  • Understand Italian Customer Behaviours and Personal

  • Corporate experience in Japan

給与

Salary

・Based on previous experience and ability
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)

​・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month)
・Relocation Allowance of ¥100,000 provided for relocation support 1 month after joining (Must be at least 60KM away from the head office, measured in a straight line)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)
・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Worker’s Accident Insurance
・Business casual dress code（No suit required）

​勤務時間

Duty hours

・9:15 ~ 18:15　(fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT)
・Flex Time (Available after approval from management)
→Core time: 10:00 ~ 16:00
→Up to 2-hour lunch break

休日・休暇

Weelky day off / Paid holidays

​Two days off per week (Satuday + Sunday)
Additional Days Off:
Year-end and New Year’s holidays (Dec. 30th ~ Jan. 2nd)
Total 26 paid days off per year (increases year over year)
